This home is suited to male participants, aged approximately 40–70 years, who:
3 bedrooms, each with wardrobe and large window with natural light.
Shared areas include: 2 large lounge rooms, second reception room, open plan kitchen and dining, large bathroom and laundry.
Accessibility modification to accommodate the use of mobility aids and smaller wheelchairs.
Fully fenced garden with lawn and undercover patio.

Access to Wheelchair Accessible Bus for transport.
Well appointed kitchen with modern appliances.
Supported Living Socials across other SIL houses, access to our nearby hub and social events.

A participant and family information portal will be made available to you in Flowlogic, our care management system. This flowpoint portal will give you access to information on your supports at all times.

Staff ratio is generally 1:3 with in-active overnight support. We know things can change. Our supports are flexible and shaped around what’s happening in your life and your plan. Our team has the skills to adapt and support you in the ways that matter most.
