Welcome to Elsy - NDIS SIL Housing, Respite & Community Support in Newcastle
The brand Elsy is all about Love and Care.
We embody a person-centred approach in delivering support to adults living with a disability, through Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Supports.
We will work with you to create a tailored plan that will help you to maintain independence and dignity, while achieving your goals.
Elsy is a new organisation – just 3 years old – by we are a Registered Provider of Disability Support, with a super experienced management team.
Our cofounders bring over 30 years’ experience as disability support champions, and as a new business, they take a fresh perspective on how ELSY will enrich the lives of the young people and adults who seek our support. You can find our more about our team here!
We have an established team of dedicated and passionate people, who live and breathe the Elsy values in every aspect of the care and support provided.
ELSY is taking a fresh look at how to create homes, has fun learning activities, provides amazing opportunities for employment, delivers learning and career progression for the staff, and ensures she listens to everyone in her family.
Each of our supported independent living homes, has a dedicated staff team, a dedicated team leader, and excellent systems and quality review. We have a 3 person quality team to ensure that all our clients paperwork, goals, and data collection is there to ensure we have excellent outcomes. Our clients make excellent progress through our programmes. Last year we helped 4 clients progress from Supported Independent Living to Individualised Living Options (ILO).
