As a high quality NDIS registered care organisation, we build our organisation around feedback.

Feedback is a gift, and through the 100 stories of Elsy, we are charting the journey and evolution of our young and vibrant organisation. In the last year we have used feedback to continually improve our organisation. We have added team leaders, dedicated staff teams, improved our training offer, and our systems, moving to an integrated care management platform.

This all means we are continually raising the bar on Supported Independent Living, Community Support and Respite care in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Our staff feedback is consistently between 8.5-10 out of 10. A happy motivated team, delivers the best care. We support our staff team – the Elsy family – through training feedback and investment in our care environment, systems, and pay and recognition.
