Our group programs are a great way to build skills, make friends, and have fun together. We run a mix of social and creative activities at our welcoming hub in Newcastle.
We plan our sessions based on what you enjoy and what you want to work on!
Whether you have a creative flare or just want to meet others in a safe and relaxed space, there’s something here for you. Our team is supportive and always ready to help you get involved at your own pace.
Our Art Group is a welcoming and supportive space to get creative and express yourself in whatever way feels right. We explore different styles and materials, guided by what the group wants to try.
Supports for the Art Group are covered through your NDIS Core Supports budget. To help us keep sessions creative and well-resourced, we ask for a $5 contribution per session. This goes directly towards art supplies and materials for the group.
Our Social Group is a regular chance to connect with others in a fun, friendly environment. We plan the sessions with your ideas and interests in mind, so whether it’s karaoke, a day trip, movies or the beach, you’ll always have a say!
Supports for the Social Group are covered through your NDIS Core Supports budget. There may be a small cost for activities usually around $10–$20 per session. If something special is coming up that costs a little more, we’ll let you know in advance so there are no surprises.
Our Weekend Social is all about getting out into the local community and connecting with others. Each month we offer a weekend outing across Newcastle & Lake Macquarie. There’s no obligation or pressure to attend, you simply book into the activities that match your interests.
Supports for the weekend social are covered through your NDIS Core Supports budget. There may be a cost for activities and this will be dependent on the activity each month.
